Easy Returns
At Simply Hammocks, your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. This period gives you plenty of time to decide if your new hammock meets your expectations. We know that hammocks are often purchased as gifts, so if you need more than 14 days, please email us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
If you wish to return an item, simply contact us at hello@simply-hammocks.com, and we will guide you through the process. Please note the following guidelines:
★ Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
★ If the item is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
★ If the packaging appears damaged, sign for it as such with the delivery driver.
★ Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.
★ In exceptional circumstances, a restocking fee may apply.
★ You are responsible for insuring the returned item for its full value.
★ If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
★ Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the order.
